Is a nonprofit organization that exists to promote holistic well-being through ancient healing practices. We need movement to feel grounded and centered in our bodies, meditation to ease the mind and regulate the nervous system, art to express ourselves, community to have a sense of belonging and service, and time in nature as an antidote for an ever-increasing digital world. We deeply feel that these aspects of health should be available to everyone.

We welcome you to join us in-person, online, and in spirit, as we collectively bring inner peace and healing to our communities.

Classes

Meditation

All of our meditation classes are a guided practice. If you have no background in meditation, this is the easiest way to learn and quiet the mind and emotions. Regular practice has even shown to benefit people who experience pain on a daily basis.

If you are looking for spirituality and means to expand your consciousness, you've come to the right place. All our teachers have years of experience, and attend meditation retreats frequently. You'll be guided by those that walk the spiritual path daily.

Pranic Healing Workshops

Pranic Healing was developed by Grandmaster Choa Kok Sui, to be used as a foundation for spiritual development. By understanding how to utilize prana to aid in in your physical health, and help release stuck emotions in the energy centers (chakras), you are able to reduce the amount of suffering that most of us go through.

The workshops are experiential, and no background in energy healing is necessary to begin your training.
